Bitonic has been the first and oldest Bitcoin company in the Netherlands since 2012 and focuses on being a reliable stable party in the chaotic crypto world. We achieve this through technical expertise, focus on integrity, security and privacy.

The core values of bitcoin are embedded in the Bitonic culture and structure. The company culture is informal with a high degree of autonomy and freedom. Bitonic's company structure, based on the principles of Holacracy with self-managing circles, forms a flat organization with short lines of communication.

Working at Bitonic

Working at Bitonic is characterized by its informal culture. There is little hierarchy and therefore decisions can be made quickly. Within your role and tasks, you get a lot of freedom to solve problems and/or shape your role. This freedom is also expressed in the ability to work from home and flexible working hours.

Salary
In addition to the basic salary, we offer our employees a thirteenth month consisting of a gross monthly salary (pro rata) and we apply 8% vacation allowance.

Pizza Fridays
We have a beautiful office in the centre of Amsterdam where we hold presentations once a month while enjoying a tapbeer. Afterwards we have dinner with the colleagues and have a nice Friday afternoon drink.

Sports
We don't just sit quietly behind our desk: there are weekly boxing classes and have a number of fanatical padellers on the team. We also offer our colleagues a monthly allowance of up to €50 for a sports subscription.
